Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-07-12. Governing law: England and Wales.

These Terms govern your use of the Warrick service provided by CASSANDRA WARRICK LIMITED. By creating an account, subscribing or using the console, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Warrick is an online-only digital subscription that provides a structured thinking workspace and AI-assisted planning assets (reframes, options, frameworks, 30-60-90 plans, canvases and reels). It is a software tool, delivered digitally, with no physical goods, shipping or on-site services.

2. Not professional advice

Warrick is a thinking and planning aid. It is not a licensed management-consulting, financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting service. Outputs are informational and may be wrong. You are solely responsible for your own business, financial and legal decisions, and you should consult a licensed professional for regulated matters.

3. No financial or investment advice

Warrick does not provide personalised financial or investment advice. It does not recommend securities, trades, crypto assets or funding targets, and it must not be used to make capital or investment decisions. This boundary is a core condition of using the service.

4. Eligibility and minors

  • You must be at least 13 to use the service.
  • Users aged 13–17 must have verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian.
  • The service is not for anyone under 13.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Payment terms are limited to USD subscriptions processed by Stripe.

  • Plans are billed in USD via Stripe on a recurring monthly or yearly basis.
  • Session allowances reset each billing period and do not carry over.
  • Prices may change with notice; changes apply to future billing periods.
  • The statement descriptor on your card is WARRICK.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal; access continues until the end of the current period. Refund handling is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Acceptable use and content

Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Ownership and licensing of inputs and outputs are set out in our Content License.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, suspend or discontinue features, and we may amend these Terms; material changes will be notified and take effect for future use.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CASSANDRA WARRICK LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on outputs. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
